How can I book a tour?

How can I get a quotation, and what will my tour cost?
Prices depend on the season, availability and your travel requirements. Send us your travel dates, number of guests and preferences by WhatsApp or email for a personalised quotation.
Can I customize my tour package?
Yes. We can tailor your itinerary to your interests and requirements, subject to availability.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. We arrange airport pick-ups and drop-offs to suit your travel schedule. For separately booked transfers, charges depend on the distance. Contact us for a quotation.
Do you arrange hotels and accommodation?
Yes. We can arrange accommodation to suit your requirements, with the hotel and meal plan confirmed as part of your selected package.
What is included in the tour package?
Airport meet & greet
A warm welcome on arrival, luggage assistance and transfer from the airport to your hotel.
Accommodation
Comfortable accommodation throughout the tour.
Meal plan
Bed & Breakfast (BB) or Half Board (HB) can be arranged on request, according to the selected hotels and package.
Private transportation
Travel in an air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking driver/guide. Guides speaking other languages can be arranged, subject to availability.
Departure assistance
Hotel check-out assistance and an airport transfer for your departure.
Driver accommodation & meals
The driver’s meals and accommodation expenses are included.
Transportation expenses
Fuel, highway tolls and parking charges throughout the tour.
24/7 customer assistance
Customer support throughout your stay in Sri Lanka.
Government taxes
All currently applicable government taxes are included.
Included only on specific itineraries
National Park jeep safari: a jeep safari at a selected National Park.
Nanu Oya to Ella scenic train journey: subject to seat and ticket availability.
These experiences apply only when included in your confirmed itinerary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, online payments, credit/debit card payments and cash. Bank charges, card processing fees and online payment transaction fees are payable by the guest.
When do I need to pay?
30% of the total package cost, payable in advance to confirm your tour.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
For last minute bookings within 14 days of arrival, full payment may be required at confirmation.
Hotel reservations and other travel arrangements remain subject to availability until the required payment is received and the booking is officially confirmed. If a proposed hotel or service becomes unavailable before confirmation, we may arrange a similar or equivalent alternative, subject to availability.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Our policy takes account of commitments to hotels and other third-party service providers.
30 days or more before arrival
Eligible for a full refund.
Less than 30 days before arrival
The advance payment is non-refundable.
Within 7 days of arrival
Cancellations are non-refundable.
Peak-season bookings: Full payment may be required in advance. Special cancellation conditions may apply if hotels or other suppliers require non-refundable payments. These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
Can I change my confirmed travel dates?
Please request date changes in writing as early as possible. Changes depend on hotel, transport, activity and other service availability. Additional costs, including seasonal rate differences and supplier amendment fees, are payable by the guest. Changes close to arrival may not always be possible.
Can I make changes during the tour?
We understand that plans may change while you are in Sri Lanka. Reasonable itinerary changes may be arranged, subject to availability and operational feasibility. Additional accommodation, transport, entrance fees, activities or other expenses arising from guest-requested changes will be charged separately.
Unused services
Services left unused because of voluntary changes to your confirmed itinerary are generally non-refundable, particularly where reservations have already been paid for or are subject to supplier cancellation policies.
How can I arrange my visa?
Visit Sri Lanka’s official Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) website at www.eta.gov.lk for current application instructions. Check the requirements that apply to your nationality before traveling.
